At the end of each season the Club holds a presentation evening to celebrate the concluded campaign and to take the opportunity to thank all those involved with the Club for their support and commitment. In addition to the distribution of campaign momentoes, the Club awards trophies to individual players in the following categories:

Players' Player of the Year: After each game, players vote for their player of the match and these votes are accumulated over the course of the season to determine the award winner.

Player of the Year: Following each game the match referee and/or the opposition manager are asked to nominate a Stratford player. These nominations are accumulated over the season to determine the award winner.

Manager's Player of the Year: An occasional award presented to an individual who has shown outstanding commitment, improvement, clubmanship or other quality that deserves recognition.

Leading Goal Scorer: The Club's golden boot award to the player with the highest number of goals.

Appearances Awards: When players reach their first and successive centenary appearance for the Club, the occasion is marked with the presentation of a plaque.
